Mega Milk (or Titty Monster) is an exploitable image that shows a woman with her breasts exposed and a wild expression on her face. The shirt reads “Mega Milk”. This character is often redrawn to look like other fictional characters. The facial expression can also be used in photoshop to make it more common on other faces.
Original image taken from Shiden Akira’s hentai doijin “Tiny Boobs Giant Tits History”, originally published in 2008[1]. The plot revolves around a brother insulting his sister’s small chest. However, the two of them later reconcile over some “family funtime.”
In an apparent attempt to create a meme, page 3 of an English scanlation of the doujin by the translation group Rhapfan was spammed on 4chan. It appeared that the spammers were trying to make a meme using the line “Shut up you titty beast!” The spammings increased interest in the original doijin, leading to the discovery on page 4 (shown right).
People began to edit other characters and add the Mega Milk character’s face on other designs. Encylopedia Dramatica published a version the Milk Monster in 2014 using Pinkie Pie’s design from My Little Pony (shown above).
Titty Monster and Mega Milk saw a huge spike in popularity beginning in July 2008. Mega Milk was consistently more popular than the alternative nickname.

Method
- Preheat the oven to 150°C
- Greaseproof paper can be used to line a 20-cm tin.
- Combine the butter, sugar, and salt in a bowl until smooth, pale, and light fluffy.
Mix the flour, semolina/cornflour and salt slowly using a wooden spoon. Add the vanilla extract, salt, and chopped Mega Milk Chocolate Drops to the bowl and mix again until you have a firm dough.
- Place the dough on a lightly floured surface. Knead until it is smooth.
- Use a fork to poke the top of the lined tin.
- Bake for 50 minutes, or until light golden.
- You can cut them into squares while they’re still hot in the tin.
- When cool, lift carefully
